What is Qme X?

Qme X is a real time networking app. We take user generated data about their likes and dislikes, their profession, skills and interests etc. We combine that data with a GPS call whenever a user taps 'search.' Then we use AI to match users up for networking, where ever they are, for business or pleasure, in real time.

This is not a social network

Users can use Qme X for business or pleasure, but this is not a 'passive' social network. Qme X is a 'networking' app. The focus is on dynamic users, dedicated to seizing the day, getting out there and making real live connections.

The Problem

Our business and social lives depend on our ability to create relationships with other people, networking is how the world goes around. But, our current "social" platforms are passive and static, they do not work in real time. For example; maybe you are in New York for business and you need to keep networking. Maybe you would like to grab a coffee with someone that works in your industry. You are in a city full of incredible people, but you have no way of meeting any of them! None of our current 'social' platforms are designed to set that up for you.

None of our current social platforms know where you are in real time.

They don't know who you want to meet, or when you want to meet them.

Our current 'social' platforms are not set up for people

who need to network in real time!

The Solution

With Qme X AI powered networking, when you tap on search, the AI uses GPS to find your location. Then it cross references your data and your preference settings with all of the other users who are looking to network. Then, the AI curates meaningful networking opportunities with people who share your interests and goals, makes the introductions, and tees you up for meetings with people who want to meet you, in real time! No more wandering around a city full of incredible people, unable to make connections. Qme X makes real time networking easy, fun, dynamic and at your convenience?

The Competition

The obvious companies that come to mind are Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc. But they are not actually direct competition. Their business model is to keep users looking at their pages and their advertisements.

We all love our social networking platforms but they are mostly a "virtual" experience, they are not designed for people who need to get out there, in the real world, and make real live networking connections.

Qme X offers something really new and exciting; a dynamic platform that can literally tee up networking opportunities, in real time, with people you really want to meet. AI curated networking with active users who share your goals and interests, based on your location, and at your convenience!

Potential Revenues

Tinder generated 1.9billion in 2024. Linkedin made 16 billion. These are crazy numbers. but that is the goal, 1000 percent! Qme X will make its revenue from monthly subscriptions of approx $4.99 per month per user, with a profit margin of around %70. Tinder has 75 million users, so it is clear what the potential is.

If Qme X can capture just 2% of Tinder's numbers it would be generating north of 6 million per month. Yes, it seems foolish to write down those kinds of numbers, but the

numbers do not lie and these were the numbers we used when deciding if this project could be VC investment worthy. The question is can Qme X achieve them, and is the upside worth the risk?' I think that has to be a resounding yes on both fronts. We believe AI powered networking is going to be a really powerful and fun tool that we can deliver at a really great price.

The Ask

Qme X is looking for an approx 250k investment for a %7 stake in the company on a SAFE. That's the risk. The potential upside is above. There are no significant development costs outstanding. That 250k pre seed money will be spent on servers, running costs, marketing and outreach. This is one of the few places where money can buy time. We want to deluge the market, right now, with viral video content. If Qme X can fly then that seed money will prove it. We are hoping our pre seed budget can get us to a Series B and beyond.

Exit?

What would be the right time to take an exit from Facebook? We would be happy taking an exit at 5% ownership of a billion dollar company. Our guess is at that stage the board will decide.

How do we get there?

1: Having an incredible, exciting new product that has 'product market fit' is fundamental. Being able to measure our incoming data and respond and iterate quickly will also be crucial. This will be 1000 percent of our focus.

Naturally, in the first instance, our target audience has to be made aware that Qme X exists and we have excellent in house expertise in viral content creation. Also, UGC (user generated content) is really shaking up the marketing space, both in terms of cost and results. But, for example, the video above cost us just pennies on the dollar to make. So, we can literally deluge the market with high quality viral content and really light a fire under Qme X, with highly targeted content across different demographics.

2: Our Free trial app roll out, with incentives to share and upgrade will also be integral to our marketing. The first tier is free but it is an important part of our funnel. It will introduce users to the Qme ecosystem while we build numbers and continue to incentivize upgrading and sharing.

3: Our third 'secret' marketing plan can only be discussed in person. For those of you with experience, you might be able to guess at what secret ingredient Facebook used to explode onto the scene. We have learned the lessons of their success and our tactics will follow their example closely.

The Qme X Special Sauce

The special sauce comes in two flavors. The first is the use of AI. AI is the game changer. The ability to parse user data at lightening speed means Qme X can serve up 'intelligently' curated networking opportunities, literally in real time. But our AI goes much deeper.

The second ingredient is intelligent data collection and AI prompting. We survey our users for data about their likes and dislikes, their profession, skills and interests, etc. These questionnaires are extensive and quite fun. But our AI goes much further. Our proprietary, and fully encrypted research tools and AI prompts, allow us to discover and infer connections for users, for business or pleasure, based on many more data points than we collect in the user survey.

Our AI is able to gather a comprehensive picture of each of our users personality types, and curate their experience accordingly. While the user is always in the driver's seat, our AI knows that 2 Alpha males in the room might not always make for the best networking experience, for example. We are banking on the 'quality' of the connections our AI can make for our users to maintain our edge in the market.

Further, our AI will be continuously scrapping and storing data based on location, time of year etc, to paint a comprehensive picture of any given location. Maybe a user wants to get sushi in a cowboy themed Karaoke bar? The AI will integrate a complete picture of the potential in any given location, building our data base cache based on actual user behavior. Those possibilities can then be presented to other users based on their requests.

Progress so far and moving forward

The app has 3 tiers that feed into each other. The first 2 tiers, Qme Free and Qme Up are complete, fully functioning and ready to launch. These first 2 apps are fun, useful tools, that are pretty cool in their own right, but they are primarily designed to funnel users into the Qme ecosystem, generating awareness and expanding the user base.

These two apps are designed to incentivize for upgrading and sharing, with rewards for sharing the app with friends, etc. You will find the webpages and 'how to' videos for the first 2 apps linked in the menu bar above, please feel free to explore those. Both of the first 2 apps will be available on the App Store and Google Play Store on the 1st of September, 2025. Their launch will be followed by a targeted video ad campaign across Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Tik Tok, etc.

The flagship version of the series, Qme X, is about 2 months away from completion.

Qme X will be able to curate any users experience visiting a new city, or find great things to do in their own home town, based on their profile and interests, right out of the gate. But, the AI powered networking functions of Qme X, making direct connections with other users, will require a user base of approx 50 to 150 users per 10 square mile radius to feel maximally 'useful' (based on Tinder data). This is commonly referred to as the network effect.

We have a comprehensive, industry tried and tested, plan for addressing this initial user number issue. That will be kept for private conversations with interested parties. But, the time to get out there and start building the user base with the first 2 tiers of the app is now. This is one of those instances where money can actually buy time.

The team

Tech development and content creation is headed up by Pete McGrain. He has built robust software applications for animation and CGI film making, with MCP's for Blender 3D software. But Pete's background is in film media. He has written and directed for such Luminaries as Woody Harrelson. His ETHOS documentary went viral, with over 80 million hits on youtube. Every film is a start up in its own right. Team management, tenacity and drive are front and center, with creativity being the end goal and Pete's extensive experience in advertising, having produced and directed hundreds of hours of commercials and corporate promos, will give us an advantage with viral video marketing campaigns.

Masha Savitz-Keys is a Rabbi, teacher, artist and film maker. Her degrees in social science and the arts plays an important role in the prompting and programming behind our AI integration. We rely heavily on Masha's understanding of social science to tailor the proprietary prompts and analysis our AI utilizes. Masha is a self described 'matchmaker' and the fun and passion she brings to that is reflected in our user surveys and AI analysis. And again, her film making tenacity, ingenuity and problem solving resilience helps keep the Qme X pedal to the metal. FYI, Rotten Tomatoes called Masha's documentary RED REIGN 'The most important film of the year!'

We are both north of 40 years old. That means we are level headed and experienced. But we are still agile and aggressive. We both come from guerilla film making. We bring that determination to everything we do.
